In the interview, the raving singer provided answers to a wide range of questions including her performance at a London show she hosted.
Teni acknowledged Mavin Records founder, Don Jazzy for turning up at her show. She said Don Jazzy had always been there for her and Tim Westwood agreed, citing an instance where Don Jazzy went around to ensure that the sound was perfect for Teni to perform.
“When I heard that Jazzy came, I was like ‘Wow! That’s the Afrobeats pioneer and to have the pioneer at my show?!” Teni said.
The singer also talked about her relationship with the label she is presently signed to, Dr Dolor Entertainment. She said she is happy with the label because of their flexibility.
Teni mentioned that she has only been in the game for one year since her discovery on social media towards the end of 2017.
