I am a social development practitioner and non-profit leader with over fifteen years experience in community development, capacity building, public speaking, performance evaluation and learning-support services. I offer an array of highly transferrable skill sets in tutoring, learning facilitation, client relations and customer service, curriculum development and material delivery, coaching, mentoring and community engagement. As an experienced child protection advocate, having served with the Taiwo Akinlami Academy over the years, I earned a wealth of experience on child advocacy issues. Thereby lending my voice to a cause seeking to protect children nationwide. Being a certified emotional intelligence coach supporting pre–teens, teenagers, young adults and their parents in navigating through their emotions on approaching life more intelligently to maintain focus and balance has also been a very rewarding point in my career. Through my non–profit organization, “No Boy Left Behind” Academy, we have groomed over 5000 boys via various initiatives to become quintessential, wholesome gentlemen. As an author who is passionate about the boy child and dyslexia, over the years I have shared my views, learning’s, experiences through my written works, master classes, conferences and radio shows. I am currently a Contributor to the Business Day Newspaper’s children’s column on child-related topics.
