Perhaps because the December wedding season is just around the corner, we spotted quite a few bridal inspired looks on the 2011 Headies Red Carpet. Hmmmm, I’m a bit disappointed at the lack of class in some of these pictures – transparent tops, skirts/dresses that are way too short, one girl there wore a bra and an open jacket!! Sigh not feeling a lot of people here. Dem fall hand o! Eva’s dress…wrong wrong choice of material used. Tiwa’s dress is very beautiful and I like the minimal look on her. A little different from her usual suspect looks but you can so see that it would have snugged better on her if she just used tape or even a strap at the neck or waist so that it can pull it in a bit becos I don’t think its big on her at all, those backless type of dresses are usually taped down becos it will keep moving in the front since there is nothing to hold it in the back. I just want everyone to know that you have to attend this event to know if pp were really looking a hot mess or not. Bella Naija, get better camera men, they dont capture the beauty of peoples looks son the red carpet. Sure some of the outfits were questionable. But when I was on the red carpet, all I can say is that the pics do know justice to alot of the dresses some women wore. The pics are sooo off. not capturing the right angle and all that…anywhoos, naija women can dress and men…it was my first time on the red carpet at one of these shows and seeing it all live made me realize that the pics we see on bella and other online entertainment website dont cut it at all

I don’t see virtual strangers to the public walking the red carpet at events in the States or Europe, those who walk the red carpet are either rising stars or accomplished, recognizable faces in the industry being celebrated OR if they are strangers, they are dates of the stars and usually would walk with them and NOT solo. Ideas always get adultrated once they land in Nigeria *smh* My!My!My! Words cannot even describe some of the style ideas or lack there of here. Nigerian men should just stay away from suits and ties, I know oyingbo bring am come when dem land but abeg you, if you no fit do, no do instead of embarassing yourselves on “red carpets” all over town. And the same applies to women who look like sausages in their oyingbo dresses, please find what suits your shape, find the right color and length to complement your person instead of inadvertently insulting yourself before persin fit do am by virtue of picking the wrong thing to wear! Dear bella, nice job and beautiful photos, but i found out one big error in the shooting and for me is a fashion clash, i thought every one suppose to have his own style when it comes to dressing, but in the photos that i am looking at alomost all the men weared this same shoe, what is it all about and what is this thing in Nigeria that every one must have what every one else has, and publishing all men with this suite color and this same shoe design i think is a bit too much.
