The 2013 edition of CARNIRIV: The Port Harcourt Carnival is set to take place soon in Rivers.

A flag-off event was held yesterday Tuesday 24 September 2013. Some of your favourite celebs including Julius Agwu, Ini Edo, Monalisa Chinda, Chika Ike and Ebube Nwagbo were spotted at the event.
