Ebonyi House of Assembly Speaker Impeached

Ebonyi State House of Assembly Speaker, Chukwuma Nwazunku has been impeached.

He was impeached this morning, July 21, by 18 out of 24 members of the House, who voted him out, according to The Nation. 

A new speaker, Helen Nwaobasi,  a representative Abakaliki South state constituency, has been elected.
