The issue shows Paul rocking some of 2015’s hot Winter trends for the early Winter in South Africa. Apart from showing us what to wear, the fab model will also be sharing her journey from a refugee to the international runway.

    what a hideous article title! I adore the BN team. However you could have used another feature title. (Though I know this is what Elle used) This is a title one would expect from a european/american publication. We are Africans. We live in Africa. We understand what it is to be African.

    This title should have been coined differently.

    This gorgeous young girl has achieved so much as of recent. Why could they not have capatalised on that. ‘From Sudan to New-York’ ‘Sudanese Mogul in the making’. I am just tired of these boxed representations. There are other ways to tell our stories.

      perhaps it is because it is her true story…and that it will encourage anybody who isn’t where he or she ought to be that anything is possible

      and on the business side, the phrase used is more catchy…people will grab that copy out of curiosity to know how she made that shift from a refugee camp to a runway…
