Join University of Nottingham & Nottingham Trent University (NTU) in Lagos, Ota, Abuja & Sokoto this May

Located in the heart of England, Nottingham is a vibrant and exciting city. Home to Nottingham Trent University (NTU) and the University of Nottingham (UoN), there are around 60,000 students living and studying in Nottingham.

The Universities will be visiting Nigeria to meet with students across the country. NTU and UoN are pleased to invite you to a joint information session to learn more about the Universities, courses available and entry requirements. You can also find out what you can look forward to as a student in the city of Nottingham.

There are four sessions available:

Venue: Covenant University Career Fair, Ota

Date: Wednesday 4 May 2016
Time: 10.00-17.00
Venue: UKEAS UK University Exhibition, Sheraton Hotel, Abuja

Date: Thursday 5 May 2016
Time: 16.00 – 17.30
Venue: Presentation session, Sokoto

Offering courses ranging from Broadcast Journalism to Maritime Law, Molecular Medical Microbiology to Building Surveying, and International Relations to MBA, you are sure to find a course for you in Nottingham. We offer all levels of study:

•Postgraduate Research (PhD)

Just two hours travel from London, the city is rich with heritage and culture; visit the haunts of Robin Hood or venture into the city’s caves and castle. Nottingham is rated as one of the best cities for shopping outside of London and has a wide range of sporting venues including the National Ice Centre and the National Water Sports Centre.

You will be warmly welcomed by the Nigerian student societies in the Universities. The nightlife is legendary with live music venues, clubs, theatres and bars, and the city has been awarded a Purple Flag Award, recognising it as one of the UK’s most safe and pleasant cities for a night out. The city is no stranger to Afrobeats and has welcomed numerous Nigerian artists and performers over the years.
