Big, Bold and Beautiful Hats of the Royal Ascot this year!
Before we get into all the outstanding hats at the event, let’s recognise some of our ladies who brought the ‘Naija flavour’ to the event this year!
At the Royal Ascot in the this year, a few Nigerian ladies showed up for African Ladies Day with their ankara scarves and gele head ties instead of the usual fascinators and hats as part of the standard dress code at the English horse racing event. See the ladies in the video below.
