I’m very much interested in the Oil business but It comes second to Music for me – DJ Cuppy on Hello Africa | BN TV




On a new episode of EbonyLifeTV‘s “Hello Africa“, Nigerian disc jockey DJ Cuppy spoke about balancing music and school and also maintaining the business end of music.

The daughter of oil magnate Femi Otedola, Cuppy revealed that if she were not doing music, she would be into the oil business as it is what her family is into and she is quite interested in it as well. She however stated that music trumps all for her and that is her happy place.

She also revealed that she is now a contributor for Forbes Africa, writing for them.

    Haha. I’m sure there are already a number of oil businesses set up and running in your name and you don’t really have to worry your pretty little head about then until you are done playing DJ.

    What else will you do, follow the same crooked pathway to make money like your dad. Nigeria is in desperate need of innovation and invention. Come up with something new other than oil and music.
