Growth is always linked with information/learning, hence to grow you need to learn – which is change in behaviour as a result of new information.
Worthy of note also, is that the goal should not be to grow, but to keep growing. We must understand that the journey is the destination – you never “arrive”. Just keep pushing and raising the bar.
