After the blockbuster ‘Reloaded‘, Emem Isong and Desmond Elliot are back with another movie that is already generating immense buzz amongst Nollywood fans worldwide. Starring rising starlet, Nse Ikpe-Etim alongside Ramsey Nouah and Ghana’s Majid Michel; the movie tells the contemporary tale of an oppressed wealthy housewife, her controlling and unavailable husband and a handsome visitor who is similar to her husband in looks while so different in character. This creates the recipe for exploring forbidden guilty pleasures….
The movie also features Mercy Johnson, Omoni Oboli, Rukky Sanda and Desmond Elliot and is a definite must-watch! Great to see Nollywood progressing with better scripts and higher quality acting. Have to give it to Ramsey Nouah, he has always been a good actor but over the last year, he has stepped it up to great! Nse is quite simply a joy to watch while Majid also delivered a strong performance.

Any producer that takes time to do a good movie poster deserves my money. I’ll definitely buy this one. Two yoruba movies I also enjoyed are Modupe Temi and Madam Dearest. Also looking out for The Figurine, Cindy’s Notes and Silent Scandal. I will buy only originals of these movies, but for everything else…there’s YouTube…lol. So what’s your buy list like for Nollywood (I prefer the terms Naijamovies…9jaMovies…anything else, these ‘wood’ thing rubs me d wrongway-HOLLYWOOD, MOLLYWOOD, BOLLYWOOD, kOLLYWOOD…I tire) and what are you ‘youtubing’?

Please ppl dont get confused. The movie is simply part 1 and 2 like all regular nollywood movies – ppl are getting confused thinking there is a continuation based on the ending but there is not……. YET.
one word: BEST NOLLYWOOD ENGLISH MOVIE FOR 2009 – EXCELLENT
Already released in USA week of October 2nd. Naija and UK are released right around the same time which is very soon before the end of October 2009. Please support this movie, script was ok, but Casting, Acting, Production and Directing was EXCELLENT and thats what made this movie great. For movie reviews google keywords and read from the various blogs including “Miss Tell it like it is” as well Nollywoodforever and many others.
Dont worry dear, am campaigning for a continuation. Maybe it will be done based on the success of this part 1 and 2. Like you, i would also like to know what happened. But sometimes when u stretch a movie too much it looses it, who knows, either way i’d luv a continuation. Avari so do you any suggestions for the continuation since you would love to see that just as much as i do

What happens when a bored, pampered, wealthy woman is married to an emotionally-distant, busy man? And is visited by a happy-go-lucky, loving (did I forget to mention attractive?) brother-in-law with plenty of time on his hands? Fireworks thats what! Guilty Pleasures… is a must see movie! Bella, will let you know when the premiere is happening in Lagos and Abuja so you can send your crew to come cover the event.

The premiere holds on the 29th of November at SilverBird Galleria. From then on it will show at all SilverBird outlets i.e V.Is.,Yaba, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Go out and support this film, people! See the evolution of Ramsey! (my heartthrob!) teehee!
I was at the premiere last sunday, and trust me, I exclaimed thus, “this is so un-Nollywood”, but then thank God again its Nollywood.
