“Don’t Talk With Your Fists” – Silver Lining presents a Platform to Impact, Restore & Heal Individuals faced with Domestic Violence – Sunday December 9th, 2012

Domestic violence is a common reality in our society. It occurs in all social classes, ethnic groups, cultures and religions. Most people don’t realize how common it is, because very often victims of abuse keep quiet. While women are most commonly the victims of their male partners, domestic violence can happen between all sorts of people and in all sorts of relationships. It happens between people who are married and between people who aren’t living together. It can be abuse by a man against a woman, or by a woman against a man.

Silver Lining, is simply a platform to impact, restore and heal individuals and families, by encouraging the personal and spiritual growth of our audience, both male and female, through a more positive and uplifting strategy.

Join us as we tackle Domestic Violence… The Victim. The Abuser. The Survivor.

Most ppl think physical abuse is d only form of domestic violence. So they believe this does not apply to them. Lies- consciously or not , most of us are guilty of a worse form of violence- verbal abuse.
It destroys confidence n self esteem (which are d essence of an individual) and breeds bitterness.

So y’all better be at event- it concerns us all – men & women
