BN Health & Fitness: Outdoor Workouts with Adagurl



AdaGurlHi all,

One of the best ways to keep on track with working out is to keep it interesting. Changing your workout location is one great way to do so. When you need a break from the gym, try an outdoor workout. Benefits of taking your workout outdoors include:

– Access to Vitamin D. The “sunshine vitamin” has many benefits including boosting the immune system and helping the body resist diseases

– Better sleep. Spending time in the sun helps to regulate the body’s clock, which in turn helps to regulate your sleep cycle

– Fresh air. Breathing fresh air helps the body release endorphins (feel good hormones). It also helps to increase energy and generate positive thinking

      Search for Fitness Blender on YouTube for free workouts from low impact to high intensity; they have it all. With dedication and portion control you will lose weight. I lost 36 lbs using these free works and eating less.
