#BNFroFriday: 2 Fab Hairstyles for All Textures! Watch these Tutorials for Stylish Hair this Weekend
Hey guys!
It’s Friday again and you already know it’s time for #BNFroFriday! I usually do the series in two parts every week. The first is something fun, mostly tutorials or maybe an article and the second part is an interview with someone on a healthy journey with their real hair.
For the first half today, I’m sharing two hairstyle tutorials that are great for any texture you have, with or without hair extensions or ‘attachment’ lol. They’ll also be cute for any weekend plans you have coming up and they are quite easy to do.
The first tutorial is How to do Ghana Cornrows with Whitney of Naptural85.
In the past she’s shown us how to do basic cornrows in this post here but today she’s showing us how to do what we call ‘Ghana braids’.

The next tutorial is my favourite so I’ve saved the best for last. It’s a Bun Mohawk Updo Style by Kim of TheChicNatural.
I love the artistic look of this bun with the lines on the side, it adds more glam to the usual mohawk and the buns are great to keep your hair protected especially the tips/ends of your hair. You can always use hair extensions to achieve a fuller bun or recreate the look.

So what do you think, will you try any of these hairstyles?
I know I will!
