A teaser for the upcoming documentary about the life of late music legend Whitney Houston has been released.

The documentary, simply called ‘Whitney’ was directed by Kevin Macdonald and it unravels the mystery behind “The Voice,” who thrilled millions even as she struggled to make peace with her own troubled past.

Whitney is set to be released on July 6 and according to JustJared.com, it will probe beyond familiar tabloid headlines and sheds new light on the spellbinding trajectory of her life.
