The 2nd diet and last for 2019 of the customer service skills training organized by leading HR/training firm, Employme Nigeria E-Learning and customer service training institute Customer Service Nigeria will take place at six (6) centres in five (5) states of the federation.
The programme leading to the award of Basic Certificate in Customer Service Skill will see successful participants recognized as certified Customer Service Professionals (CSP) by the West African Association of Customer Service Professional (WAACSP). Two additional cities are added from the three (3) that hosted the 1st Diet in April-May 2019. Ibadan and Owerri will join Lagos (2 centres), Abuja and Port-Harcourt for the program.
Participation is open to career persons in Secretariat, Administration, Front Office Desk, Personnel Management, Customer Relations, Client Management, Call Centre Reps etc; also jobseekers and undergraduates looking to start and earn certification as certified customer service professionals.

The theme for this diet is #BeAhead; Customer service professionals are groomed to know, understand and ‘Be Ahead’ in all situations. Participants from both diets for 2019 will be inducted by the West African regional body at the inauguration of its Nigeria team in Lagos by the 1st quarter of 2020.
