About the Adeola Ian Randolph Foundation (A.I.R Foundation) for Asthma
The Adeola Ian Randolph Foundation (A.I.R Foundation) for Asthma was set up in 2013 in memory of Adeola Ian Randolph who passed away on Tuesday 7th February 2012 after suffering a severe asthma attack in his home. He was a healthy, sporty 32 year old who had been living with Asthma for 16 years.
The Randolph family has set up the foundation to raise funds that would be geared towards creating awareness of the condition, fund research into Asthma, buy and donate life-saving equipment to institutions and individuals in need. They aim to become a channel of communication between Asthma sufferers in Nigeria and the Nigerian government and key healthcare professionals/decision makers to ensure that their plight is heard and quality of life is improved.
