Ja Rule & 50 Cent - June 2014 - BellaNaija.com 01
One opinionated rapper is taking on another opinionated rapper.

In his new book – “Unruly“, rapper Ja Rule calls out 50 Cent, rehashing his 14-year-old feud with the “Candy Shop” rapper.

The New York Daily News reports that Ja Rule accuses him of snitching.

“When they (the feds) asked him who he thought had shot him, it would make sense that 50 would have said, ‘Ja Rule, Irv Gotti and Murder Inc.,’ ” Ja Rule says referring to a 2000 attack that left 50 Cent hospitalized with 9 gunshot wounds.

50 Cent revealed that he never cooperated with law enforcement when they tried to make a case against Ja Rule’s rap-mogul colleagues Irv “Gotti” Lorenzo and his brother Chris in 2005.

They were eventually acquitted drug money through their label.

Ja Rule claims the case wouldn’t have been made without 50 Cent. “He secretly led them through his recordings for the answers they were looking for.”, he insists.

Ja Rule also recalled a peace reunion in Atlanta in 2000 to make amends. “50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger. Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut.”

50 Cent’s crew ran away according to Ja Rule.
