#HeinekenLFDW2015 – Day 1: Tiffany Amber’s “Marina” Collection
The Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week for 2015 has officially kicked off, and we have an uber-fab design label up first – Tiffany Amber.
As we give you hot on-the-scene photos from the event happening over 4 days on our Instagram handles – @BellaNaijaStyle & @BellaNaijaOnline, we will also be updating you with the fab runway images right here on BellaNaija.com/Style.
Now, where were we – oh yeah Folake Coker of Tiffany Amber!
The models sported nude glowing makeup created by Maybelline New York Nigeria, with braided accents. Showcasing her Spring/Summer 2016 Collection tagged “Marina“, the show was nothing less than fabulous. Curated by the Tiffany Amber Team, the show had some of the biggest names in Nigerian/African fashion walk the runway, like the fab Oluchi Orlandi. Watch out for the campaign, with the legendary Tokyo James as the Creative Director.
With see-through finishes and flowing garments, check out the full collection below;

Some pieces, got a “yes”…. a fair share of others, a hesitant “maybe”… and a lot more received a resounding “mba nnu!”. For the last category, I had to ask whether it was actually Aunty Tiff’s collection I was scrolling through because the collection as a whole doesn’t feel quite runway ready.
Out of the curiosity of my own wandering mind… I wonder how much it costs to bring Oluchi in to model at fashion shows in Lagos?
