In the current economic environment, most business owners are looking for strategies to thrive, increase revenue, operate efficiently, retain a high performing team, develop innovative products and reach a wider market audience.  FATE Foundation’s Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme (EEP) is uniquely positioned to help entrepreneurs discover their growth potential and gain insights on how to take their businesses to scale.

Structure
Over a 2-month period with 15 full-day interaction sessions, the participants go through an exploratory journey covering ‘You” as the Entrepreneur and “The Enterprise” to examine:

  • Current situation: Where are they now?
  • Desired/Ideal Position: Where should they be?
  • Action Plan: How can they get there?

Curriculum
The EEP faculty is made up of leading Nigerian entrepreneurs and business experts such as Fola Adeola, Udeme Ufot, Yetunde Kanu and Tokunbo Talabi . Key topics include entrepreneurial leadership, strategy, financial planning, fund sourcing, people management, operations and technology, corporate governance and succession planning. 6 months after the programme participants will come together again to review the progress of their strategic implementation plan.

Benefits
The EEP will help the participants to develop a robust strategic plan for themselves and their businesses; discover a renewed passion for their business; learn from content experts; gain feedback from peers and faculty; and benefit from FATE Foundation’s mentoring and business support services.

Please see links to videos from two of FATE’s EEP Alumni who share their experience about the impact that the EEP made on them as entrepreneurs and their businesses.
