A short documentary about the rise of the fitness culture in Lagos, which attempts to explain the recent trend in fitness culture in Lagos.

It features interviews with the following people; Esther Obiekwe and Gbenga Showole from the Lagos Road Warriors who ran with Mark Zuckerberg during his time in Lagos, Ona Ekhomu – President, Association of Industrial Security and Safety Operators of NigeriaEbun Okubanjo – CEO of Fitness Central and Dr Biodun Eke-Aluko – Director, Premier Specialists Medical Centre.

    really interesting short documentary, I enjoyed it…. would have been better if the first four minutes were not full of ramblings of a mad man, had to skip after the first minute of rambling….

    Fitness is for ppl with no wahala in their life naaa… how will one go do fitness on empty stomach and empty bank account??? Rubbish! I tire for all these nonsense internet/social media trends! #REALITYCHECK
