In her new video today, Sisi Yemmie shares a recipe for a dish called Frejon. It’s an easy dish to make that originate from Brazil but she explains that it’s also eaten but some Yoruba Catholics on Good Friday. She said;

Frejon is a meal eaten on Good Friday by Catholics in Lagos. The story is that Frejon was imported by Nigerians who went to Brazil back in the day. It is made with Black Beans, Coconut Milk and a few spices and typically served with fish stew/Garri! Have you ever tasted it?
