Happiness shines through Hulumi Village as the Chinese Government & StarTimes donate Digital TV Sets, Decoders & Educational Materials



Just yesterday, the people of Hulumi Village in Abuja received a delegation of the Chinese Government and StarTimes Group to launch the digital TV project in Hulumi Village.

StarTimes gave out digital TV sets, decoders, projector TV for communal viewing and donated various educational materials to the Hulumi village primary school.

    Is there anything like free lunch? Nigerians should check how the Chinese are taking control of resources in Angola.
