#AdenikeUncut: Adenike Adebayo takes us on the journey to her Yoruba Introduction ceremony in New Vlog
Vlogger Adenike Adebayo is out with a new vlog on her YouTube channel and in this vlog she’s taking us through her introduction in Akure, Ondo.
She says:
Planning a Nigerian wedding is one thing but when you are a Yoruba girl before the wedding comes the introduction ceremony. What makes the introduction ceremony exciting is the fact that it gives you a taste of what to expect from the wedding proper.
It’s not as difficult to plan but that still depends on how big the introduction ceremony will be. Join me as I take you through a few weeks in my life before the Introduction ceremony which took place in Akure, Ondo State.

adenike am happy for you, but don’t assume that other cultures don’t have introduction ceremony in naija. Everyone , especially tries in the southwest and southeast do, so please try not to over generalize in your excitement. Congrats once more.

Hello Truth and thank you for the well wishes! I can see how you would think I was assuming other cultures don’t have the ceremony. However, that was the exact reason I specifically stated that it was a Yoruba Introduction ceremony,, to differentiate from other culture’s introduction ceremony.. For the benefit of foreigners or those who don’t know me.
I hope that clarifies things better. Thanks once again!
