All hail King Musk.

Modern day Einstein Elon Musk has revealed that his Interplanetary Transport System (ITS) spacecraft designed for space travel could actually be used on earth, and will be able to travel anywhere in under an hour.

Musk revealed at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) that the ITS will be attached to SpaceX’s new BFR (which stands for, yes, Big F***ing Rocket) and will be able to carry passengers to any point in earth in under 1 hour – some even in under 30 minutes.

What’s best, the superspeed travel will cost about the same as a full economy fare in a plane, the genius revealed on his Instagram.

I know I should be thinking passively and all but this is scary. You know this Space X shuttle is driven by codes which means it is auto-driven with maybe one or two astronauts just in case something happens.

Now imagine it gets hacked which is very possible because if NASA, Experian, LinkedIn (owned by Microsoft) and target can be hacked, what is ordinary Space X that can’t be hacked. If it hacked, it can be directed to go and land inside ocean by one small boy inside one small house inside one small town inside Russia or Korea.

This Elon Musk was on news recently tackling Mark Zuckerberg that AI is bad but he is building a company that runs on AI. Wehdone sir.

As far as I can tell, Elon Musk doesn’t have anything against AI, but he has expressed concerns about the American military trying to weaponize AI, by building AI drones, robots, missiles…

BTW self driving cars which Tesla is one of the pioneers is latgely built on AI technology. His fear is AI in the wrong hands for the wrong reasons can be very disastrous. As for the Mark Zukerburg criticism, I have no knowledge of that.

I’m all in for the advancement of technology. I appreciate how people think outside the box but that same thing is what will destroy us.
Let’s see how this will work.
