It’s a good day to exercise.  Warm up exercises are a good way to prepare your entire body for a full workout session. We’re getting our fitness on today with Koboko Fitness.

In this new video on her channel, she shares a good warm up workout routine you can do at home.

This warm up routine is great for the whole body. There is also an extra special emphasis on the lower body and the glutes.  It also doesn’t require any equipment.
