    I’m tired of fake trainers in Nigeria. Please if you have had babies there is an 80% chance you have something called diastasis recti which is the separation of the stomach muscles. If you do, all of the above exercises can make it worse except maybe the leg drops and even that depends on how you perform them.

    I think it’s unfair to use the word fake. Not all Nigerian fitness trainers are fake! I like it and will start this routine tomorrow.
