Dear Worldwide family and friends,
We are reaching out for your assistance for our baby brother, son, nephew, friend and colleague, Ebubechi Evulukwu. Ebube is 31-years old and has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in chemical engineering. A few months ago, he developed a heart condition called cardiomyopathy. The condition means the muscles in the heart have been severely damaged on both the left and right sides of the heart, therefore the heart is abnormally enlarged. When the heart becomes this severely enlarged, it fails and cannot pump blood around the body as it should. This condition arose out of the blue and his doctors have not been able to determine a specific cause. We have attempted all medically possible solutions to ensure he makes a full recovery but to no avail. The doctors have informed us the only option left now is a heart transplant.
Before they can place him on the heart transplant list in the United States, we need to put $1,000,000 in the hospital’s escrow account for the heart transplant and his medical bills.
We will continue to use any and all financial resources at our disposal to address this.
