Mary Expirander Etukudoh, an entrepreneur and graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), was involved in an accident in 2012, where she sustained neck injuries.

The bus she was in somersaulted several times, and she squeezed herself out of the vehicle. She has since then, for seven years, been bedridden, and is unable to move her legs.

She spent 6 months and 2 weeks at the National Orthopaedic Hospital Igbobi, Yaba, before she was discharged, and is being treated as an outpatient. She was having physiotherapy treatment for years, but, according to her friends, the Nigeria medical system wasn’t forthcoming. They’re asking that we come to Mary’s rescue.

The sum of 12.6 million naira (£35,000) is urgently needed for a Traumatic Spondyloptosis Surgery, pre and post surgery care at the US to save her life, and help her walk again.
