Efo riro, is a Nigerian cuisine native to Yorubas in the Southwestern part of the country prepared with vegetables among other ingredients.
Luckily for us, he’s decided to bless us with the recipe, and warning: this is advanced efo riro cooking, and involves soaking your fish for 2 days.
