Truth of the matter is that alcohol and substance abuse is extremely rampant in Nigeria and is oftentimes an offshoot of depression.
Recently had cause to seek for a substance abuse rehab center and was shocked to find out it costs about N300,000 or so to treat an alcohol addict as an inpatient per month
There needs to be more affordable rehab facilities in Nigeria catering to this worrisome trend as if it is not properly addressed would lead to wasting away of the great potentials of the struggling addicts.
Anyone with useful leads on cheaper rehab centers in Lagos should please provide them here.
