Forbes Africa executive Peace Hyde spoke to Fox Radio for her in transforming impoverished communities through her Aim Higher Africa platform.
In the past few years, Aim Higher Africa has grown from focusing on rehabilitating street children to support empowering unemployed youths and small businesses.
The organisation has since invested in over 3,000 startups while its mind-set reorientation program has reached over 3 million students across Africa.
The organisation is set to replicate some of its successful programmes in local communities in Ghana and Nigeria in 2019.
Its activities will include vocational training, skills acquisition programme that will grant students access to interest-free start-up capital along with its trade and digital skills training programmes.
