Chris Brown’s Baby Mama accuses him of Giving Daughter Asthma through Second Hand Smoke

Music star Chris Brown and his baby mama are again in the news after his baby mama, Nia Guzman, accused him of being irresponsible and giving their 1-year-old daughter, Royalty, Asthma through second hand weed and tobacco smoke.

According to TMZ, Nia stated that when Royalty comes back from a visit with Chris she usually reeks of smoke. In new court documents it has been revealed that Nia wants to restrict Chris Brown’s visitations and also wants the judge to force Chris to take random drug tests, prohibit him from using drugs or consuming alcohol around Royalty, and stop him from smoking around their daughter.

Nia also wants more child support. According to TMZ, she was getting $2,500 a month but wants an increase to $16,000 a month.

Chris Brown has since denied the allegations.

In an angry post on Instagram Chris Brown revealed he has given up smoking. He also said the reason Nia was making her claims was so she could get higher child support payments.

In the Instagram post, which was later deleted, he said ‘I quit cigarettes on New Years. NO ONE smokes around my daughter.’

He added “I take care of my daughter and I would never ever put her in a position that will harm her.”
