Shortlisted participants would be invited for auditions where 50 contestants would emerge. These 50 would then be whittled down to 28 contestants who would go head to head to compete for the grand prize. Contestants would be eliminated weekly based on how they perform on the various tasks assigned.
The brand Manager Knorr – Abimbola Ogunsemi, said in this season, the winner of the show will walk away with a brand new car, N2 Million cash prize and brand new kitchen equipment. The 1st runner up will get N1 Million cash prize and brand new kitchen equipment. The 2nd runner up will win N500, 000 brand new kitchen equipment. She said the show would go a long way to impact not just the top 3 contestants but also the other 25 contestants, who would go home with different kitchen equipment and they could also win cash vouchers if they win any of the special tasks.
