She got her first Emmy nod for Scandal, she starred in Django Unchained – one of the biggest movies of the year, she tied the knot with Nigerian-American NFL Player Nnamdi Asomugha and is expecting her first child.

At the 44th NAACP Image Awards, Kerry looked oh-so-amazing in this Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013 gown.

She styled the dress with diamond earrings, a brooch on the skirt, a pink clutch, all by Kotur as well as a Neil Lane ring and a pair of nude Christian Louboutin heels.

Her look was camera ready with smouldering eyes, light pink lipstick and a half-up, half-down hairstyle.

Bonang’s shoe choice shows that she had no business wearing OdlR. BCBG would have been better for her.

Its a lovely dress and i think they both rocked it well; I like Bonang Matheba’s red shoes twist but overall i’ll go with Kerry Washington because she pulled the look off effortlessly.

Kerry is a head turner anyday anytime,no wonder she was named d most stylish woman of the year. She killed dt dress with her choice of colors of shoes n purse plus her very light makeup,I thereby vote for her.

Bn’s new obsession with bonang tho. This picture is too old for a who wore it better episode right now tbh. Anyways, clearly kerry wore it better. The dress is not so fitting on bonang and besides, the red shoe just spoilt the whole look.

Kerry Washington can do no wrong in my eyes. She’s Olivia Pope! Plus she’s married to a man of Nigerian descent now, so, Kerry definitely wore it better! 😀

If Kerry had Bonang’s hairstyle, she’d be the clear winner. Since she doesn’t, she’s simply the winner.

Uppl are voting Kerry cos clearly you dont know Bonang, She and Minnie Dhlamini are the finest African Fashionistas. I been paying attention to them for a long time. Kerry is so skinny and petite, it looks like the dress is wearing her (kinda like a sack) and she is not wearing the dress.

I’m sorry; Is this not a “who wore it better?” why are you telling us about knowing Bonang? No. Some of us don’t know her and whoever else you mentioned. However, I digress. Back to the matter at hand; most people are going with Kerry because the dress is a little ill fitted on Bonang (blame the stylist for not pulling the right size or not doing a thorough pre event fitting with her) and her red shoes are heavy and clashing (in a bad way) which takes the romantic, classic & chic feel away from the dress & overall look. Kerry executed the look better, I hope you now understand. You’re welcome, have a nice day x

I don’t get why Kerry is winning the poll. I don’t know who Bonang is but she is obviously the winner. Kerry’s hair and rather skeletal neck ruins the look, not to mention that her bust is barely noticeable in the dress.

The only person voting for Bonang is either blind or is Bonang herself.
