“This is a War Against Christians & Democracy”: Boko Haram Leader
Earlier today, BN posted a video that showed Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, threatening to sell the abducted Borno girls in the market, and declaring that Western education must end, as the girls should be married (watch it here).
Shekau spoke in Hausa in the video. However, his speech has now been translated into English, and apparently, he has declared war against Christians and democracy, and also threatened to imprison President Goodluck Jonathan’s daughter.
Sahara Reporters has posted some translated excerpts of the speech:
“I am the one that took your girls. Are you the one that created the girls? I will sell them in the market. I have my own market of selling human beings. It is Allah, the owner that instructed me to sell. I will sell the girls.
It is Allah that instructed us, until we soak the ground of Nigeria with Christian blood and so called Muslims contradicting Islam. After we have killed, killed, killed, and get fatigue and wondering on what to do with smelling of their corpses, smelling of Obama, Bush and Jonathan worried us then we will open prison and be imprisoned the rest. Infidels have no value.
Just because I took girls in Western school they are worried. I say they (the girls) should desert the school. They should go and marry. Stupid people. Talking about human rights and democracy. Nonsense. People that are doing same sex marriage and saying they are leaders.
I will imprison Jonathan’s daughter, any one that turn to Islam will be saved. For me anyone that embraces Islam is my own. Stupid Jonathan, you will be surprise. Until the land is soaked with blood.
This is a war against Christians and democracy and their constitution, we have not started, we will be in Abuja, and in your state. This war is against Christians, I mean Christians, generally the infidels. Allah says we should finish them when we get them.

Hmmm… this video admission by BH does not add up to me. I find it weird that it took them almost 3weeks after the girls were kidnapped to make this admission that looks rather staged- I mean why was he reading from notes?
Also, it is very convenient of hims to be threatening to sell the kidnapped girls days after reports that the girls were sold off for N2000 surfaced.
Another point I find chillingly coincidental is the [email protected]*$!tard coward Shekau repeating what President Jonathan said in his media chat on Sunday re BH trying to pitch Muslims against Christians in Nigeria.

Tell me one thing Nigeria has benefited from Hausa/Fulani.
They looted the treasury for decades, destabilised the country, ruined our economy and livelihoods while amassing massive wealth for a select few -still going on- and gifted d remnants to their Arab and Lebanese friends who they out of sheer ignorance regard as smarter . All the problems plaguing currently us can be directly traced to the many decades of all of us and our parents being ruled by dullards from the North.
The little progress the country has made in the last 15 years (minus Yaradua & Turai’s 3 years of looting and inactivity) of Southerners running the affairs of the country is what Hausa/Fulani have sworn to wipe out. Why won’t they? They revel in mediocrity.
What do we do with people who are so bent on having their way at all costs even when it has been proven over and over again that they can’t run even a local government? Having had some transactions in the past with some Northern LGAs, I can confirm that all they do is cook up schemes to loot! That is all. Week after week, month after month. For all the trillions looted by the North one would have thought they would build schools at least for their very own people. Educating them may have saved us from the current predicament.
Agreed Jonathan is not good enough, but I honestly don’t understand a Hausa/Fulani calling him ‘incompetent’. They brought us to this crisis and have only one thing in mind, return to power to loot and drive us back to retrogression.
If other Southerners are willing to tolerate another Hausa/Fulani rulership, I and those I know are not.
And it’s not going to happen, not any time soon. If that happens, then Hausa/Fulani will only rule themselves. Case closed.

We already agree that GEJ and the federal government is not doing enough but we should examine the state level. I am frustrated that Northern leaders and community elders have not been able to lend their full support to contain this crisis. I also do not see an unequivocal condemnation of BH coming from them only pointing finger or cowering in the corner. Whether it is MEND in the Niger delta or kidnapping in the east or militants in other parts of the country, the elders of the community have always been able to mediate, negotiate or mobilise the community against them if necessary. Why is it different in the North with BH? GEJ is not effective but he is not tying their hands or covering their mouth. Why does the Northern leadership not take a proactive role in solving their local problem or have they lost the trust of their own people? Control your touts before they drag the country into civil war. If the elders cannot do anything, the youth should replace them.

Secondly, do you think it is fitting to include in an article about religious intolerance a biblical story on how God went on a mass murder spree in Egypt killing those (infidels) without the approved religious insignia; bear in mind a number of those first-borns would have been babies/ toddlers/ a first-born daughter giving birth to her first child/ innocent people that may have even been opposed to their parents’ religion but obediently honoured their parents and adhered, perhaps even had sympathy for the Israelites?? Yet mercilessly murdered to make a point??
Without stating the obvious, I’m sure you can see the parallels. People need to reason beyond biblical say so & adhere to what is intrinsically good and not what the bible/ religion says is good otherwise you end up with naïve statements like yours on one end & fundamentals like BH on the polar end justifying evil acts on scripture.
One could just as easily use the Bible to approve such dastardly acts: Lev 25:44-46 is the biblical version or taking infidels as slaves & selling them off for marriage & I could use the exodus story & others to biblically commit crimes against humanity. What you have just said including all other intelligent comments and allegations against the government are all true. This is a small thing for the government to handle with some intelligence here and there.
The military cannot do anything because as clearly stated, there is no order from above, while BH is having a swell time. It just seems NOTHING is being done. I am seriously wishing that somehow, silently, some undercover work is going on to unravel this whole misery, else the silence is becoming really unbearable and unbelievable.

This is mental illness at its highest! How can one speak like this and say he is sane? Who brainwashed these people? What kind of rationality is behind saying “we will harvest your neck with a knife ” with glee?? God!

Please all, this is a deliberate attempt to set Christians against Muslims. Let’s not allow this sponsored numskulls to play over us. They are really trying to enrage the masses so that mass protest will start and then Big Brother will come in pretending to help bring back order. Once they come, they never leave!!

God, out of goodwill for the realization of His ideal peaceful world, created Islam for the same reason he did create Christianity, Buddhism, Confucianism and Hinduism.
He did this in consideration of diverse cultural spheres and their location, all with the intention of fighting against Satan, creating a unified world and living in peace with all of humanity.
For the above reason, God’s interest is not religion but a peaceful world called HEAVEN. Religion is a means to that end and not the end by itself. Man out his limited way of reasoning and perceiving God’s purpose of creation, has unfortunately created deadly religious barriers with the belief that his own religion is the best.
Any religion that kills in the name of God is clearly evil and satanic. Upholders of such religion are by themselves God’s enemy.
The beauty of Islam must not be made lame any group of ignorant persons working at cross-purposes with God purpose of creation. Mohamed will forever remain a saint who never asked BOKO HARAM to blackmail his historical investment that led to the rise of Islam.
The easiest way to destroy and consequently extinct any religion on this planet earth is when its believers hold unacceptable believes and do the following nonsense in the name of God>
1. That everybody regardless of their belief, must join them. And failure to do so, must die.
2. Kill in the name of God.
3. Force people to join in their devilish believes.
