Four Bauchi Men Arraigned for Alleged Sodomy

In Bauchi, four middle-aged men were arraigned before a Sharia court today, for alleged sodomy.

Abubakar Garba, the prosecutor, reportedly told the court that the four men were “caught in the act” in Gumau Town last month according to Punch.

Three of the accused pleaded guilty to the charge, and have asked for mercy. However, one of the men has pleaded not guilty to the allegation.

The case has been adjourned till June 26th.
