News Launches Android Mobile App to Make it Easier for You to Post Customer Service Reviews!



The Only has launched its mobile app on google play tagged “The only app that prompts you to report good and bad services in Nigeria”

The Reportam Mobile App provides a fast and easy way for consumers to view and report good and bad customer services in Nigeria. It also enables users to attach pictures, videos or other documents related to the report.

The unique feature of this app is that it automatically prompts users to report good or bad service experiences after calling company numbers on their phone. For this to work, users will need to have the app installed on their phone and signed in.

Currently, the system is loaded with numbers of all banks, telecoms operators and leading retail stores while its database is being updated. This means that you will be prompted to report a good or bad service experience after calling any of these companies.
