Olori, this is a woman like you and she’s certainly equal to men.if you feel you are not equal to men fine but don’t try and put that on all women. Congrats Mo

By the way talking about someone not taking her husband’s name, that is just one aspect of her life that she wrote about and it doesn’t mean she’s not achieving feats like this. Taking or not taking the husband’s name does not make one more or less a feminist

This is a perfect example of what I call being a feminist. Not all those, I must not bear my husband surname nor the vultron squad at bella naija. Congrats Mo

Hehehehe!! They say when you succeed even your enemy will find excuses to rejoice with you! who tf cares who’s last name this woman bears?! The chief online proponent for last name semantics is Ms. Chinamanda…explain her successes too, please do…lmbo. Keep cherry picking the kind of feminists you want o…women will continue to protest inequalities both with achievements and by being vocal.
Stay on here and keep changing monikers like pant. Your life as an average joe will soon come to make sense when you marry that basic chick you deserve…and you will exist basically ever after.
Common voltron you can’t spell….husband you can’t use correct tense…but you expect every woman to wake up and help scratch your neanderthal balls? Awon smellossss

LOOOOLLLL “I must not bear my husband’s surname”

I feel a lot of our women here confuse orikunkun (strong head) with feminism. But all well. Na their wahala.

Congrats Mo Abudu, many more to come.

The obsession with misplaced affirmation and acknowledgment. The slavery and self-inflicted ignorance continues.True African innovators, leaders(business and lifestyle) know themselves anyway.Bless Allah Almighty for His true genuine ways of real human inspirations.Time magazine should run the next continent specific confusion followed by Forbes.Real Africans and other savvy global citizens that cares know the real deal on African inspirations pastb and present in all human spheres that needs no misplaced false and misleading validation as the verified cradle of early civilisation.Last count there are a thousand and one forms of publicity obsessively sought after acknowledgement or the other(awards) with very many so called recipients a self-mockery to the time-honored reward system of human acceptance and recognition.Only very few still manages to be authentic in principle and universal human standards. The Grammys,Oscars,Olympic medals just to say the least is only recently being scrutinised for not been objectively universal in applying the principles of the reward system(the fake “olympians” or drug cheats directly guilty in the case of the Olympics).Of all the shades and shenagigans of modern day and living , the obsession/drive for acceptance, affirmation and acknowledgment plus its perceived benefits and/or significance is among the least of the self-destructive social triggers. The primaries are need for love, happiness, satisfaction and stability.
Feminism(man-eaters) is the female version of chauvinism or misogynism.Nobody known to human memory has ever won the battle of the sexes. It sure produces more pain than palliatives then ofcourse more dysfunction social misfits at various forms of self-deceptions and self-denials.Human rights activism has been known to have given humanity some of its best species of both gender who first won the greatest battle of self then were known at least have some form of insights about the human nature to grasp its basics then went on to not just stand and uphold what they believe to be true and universal but also live by it even ready to make the ultimate sacrifice.Rosa Parks(racism),Mandela(apartheid),Beyonce(gender equality),Mrs.Sirleaf Johnson(gender equality and child rights) etcetera. They all have at least one undisputable thing in common, genuine desire and self will to be part of better change for the “humanisms”.
