BN TV: Scent Leaf Couscous in 5 minutes! Get the Recipe on Bukie’s Kitchen Muse | Watch

Another episode of Bukie’s Kitchen Muse is out today and in this video she’s sharing her go to 5 minute quickie recipe for Scent Leaf Couscous.

Here’s what she told us;

I had one of those days last week when I got home from an outing feeling so famished that I could barely make it into the kitchen. On days like this, you don’t want to spend a whole lot of time making an elaborate meal. You want something quick & straight to the point – more like straight to the belly, in my particular case.

Of course there’s usually that temptation to whip out a bowl of garri, sugar and ice water. However, for those days when you want to have a real meal (no shade to garri), this particular recipe – The Scent Leaf Couscous – always comes in handy for me. You can literally make it in less than 8-minutes from start to finish. It’s quick, it’s light, it’s tasty and I hope you try it sometime. xoxo

    Kitchen Muse, haba na! How I wan take cook this “feast” when I’m very tired and I need some quick food? I was greatly looking forward to watching this video thinking the meal would be ready under 5 mins like Indomie, as you captioned it, but mehn, this would take 1 hour if not more, not different from cooking fried rice.
    P.S. I still love you sha and your “gap tooth”
