Am sorry she has also been doing copy and paste from the onset and taking advantage of desperate females to build her business. The only reason why her copy and paste is working is she was a first mover and she got a few people in her board advising her. Of course these advisers are not strong enough in advising her how to apply makeup on herself.

I digress, she started off using Mary Kay’s model, and her most recent gig is a copy and paste of an Italian brand. And she has also spiritualized the business in a way that is closely related to how Nigerians are always spiritualising everything.( a major Nigerian weakness)

Between what is that bell doing on her table…? I s she using that to wake people up

      Quite interesting analysis!

Infact, you have made some solid points, and its quite bother-some that Tara suddenly has this superiority complex about her success, judging from this sneak-peek video.

Once in my office, we also thought the same about her business in correlation with desperate nigerians.

I will hope that soon she realizes this air around her, and adjust.

Why the hate nah???? At least her copy and paste is working. There is nothing new under the sun, it is the only foolish person who will not take advantage of using the models that have worked before.; who will not take the well tried and proved route. Ishhh, I rest my case

@ Shalewa, I doubt Barbara is hating.

Her point of view is just one most people are not looking from especially as Tara claims others are doing copy and paste, when she is doing same.

Its called Process innovation, ADAPTING another model to use for your own business, but its not fair Tara makes it look like she started a ground breaking original-to -her business model.

Thanks for the management lessons. Appreciate so much @Vivienne. She did not have to refer to Tara’s make up deficiencies sha.
