Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State Honours Paralympic Gold Medalists With N1 & Saloon Cars Each

Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, has honoured three Imo State indigenes – Roland Ezuruike, Nwosu Ndidi, and Orji Josephine, who won gold medals in power lifting for Team Nigeria at the just concluded Rio 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The governor, who had pledged to reward the athletes to mark his 54th birthday on September 22, presented brand new saloon cars to the athletes on September 29th.

He also presented them with the sum of N1 million each.

The governor’s Chief of Staff, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu presented the gifts to the athletes.
