Nah, Did not finish the video. They need to come to africa and learn how to survive without essentials. I’ve spent at least 2 weeks in different rural setting in 2 African countries and they have no clue about tampon/pads but you don’t see them bleeding everywhere. No pampers either and their babies are not peeing n pooping everwhere. They’ve been able to think through it and come up with solutions using what they have. Say hello to cloth pad!!! Can’t believe they couldn’t think of an alternative outside of tampons and pads.

Just exactly my line of thought. You don’t see the girls and women in the villages bleeding, stained or even locking themselves away during their periods. They still carry out their duties very well while on their periods. And you will wonder if its Always or tampons they’re using, No!

Even before the invention on pads and tampons, women were not bleeding everywhere and on everything. I’m not sure why the people carrying out this campaign believe that female humans didn’t have the sense to manage their periods before Always, Kotex and Tampax came along…. Modern hygiene products are great and everything, don’t get me wrong, but they shouldn’t make out women in developing countries to be savages crawling around with blood trailing after them.

have they heard about cloth pads? Generations of women have used and still more generations will still use them. Not everyone can afford pads and there are those who can afford but choose not to use them because they want to stay away from the chemicals.
please they should look for a better way to advance the cause if that is what they are about
