Ask a different set of questions

Have funnel vision and get knowledge and inspiration from other industries apart from yours.

Get comfortable with discomfort and make up your mind to do things that stretch you in the New Year.

Work on your business not just in your business. Don’t get caught up with only operational stuff; focus on strategic thinking and planning

Seek new ways to serve on a higher level. The more people you can serve with your products and services, the more revenue your business will earn.

Be in a constant state of positive cognitive dissonance. Regularly ask yourself how you can do better and become better, to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be.

Be relentless in building your personal and business brand. Customers will patronize companies and brands they know.

Choose faith over facts. Know the facts, but take steps of faith to make investment decisions that will grow your business. When you hoard, you contract. When you invest wisely, you expand.

Leverage accountability. Work with a business adviser or coach to guide you or hold you accountable to achieve your business goals.

Set, achieve and celebrate business milestones. Entrepreneurship is a marathon not a sprint. When you break it down into milestones, the journey is more attainable. Celebrating these milestones gives you the needed energy to keep going.

As we come to the end of this year and enter a new year, I want you to keep these 10 tips in mind and commit to applying. They have served me a lot this year and helped myself and my clients double and even triple our revenues.
I have recorded a detailed audio of these 10 tips as my special year end gift to you.

You can download it HERE so you can listen to it several times.

Compliments of the season!
