“PMB, Time to let go” – Suspended Lawmaker Abdulmumin Jibrin calls for Buhari’s Resignation over his Health Condition

Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin (APC-Kano), the former Chairman of House Committee on Appropriation, who is currently serving a one year (180 legislative days) suspension, has advised that President Muhammadu Buhari should resign, in the interest of Nigerians.

He said that although the president is a great man – “an enigma like Mandela” – the challenges of working actively for over 50 years and his current health challenges will have a negative impact on his work as president.

He said that the president opt for a negotiated exit, adding that he (Buhari) should be given “a special concession to nominate a new Vice President” after his resignation.

He adds that his wife, Aisha Buhari, should be considered for a cabinet position.

Asinine tweets/talk in a democracy. So, the Presidency is now a birth right of Buhari that he should nominate a VP should he resign? Buhari’s resignation is over due. The most Nigeria as a nation owe him is a farewell party and then pay his pension/severance benefits. What rubbish is this? Mumu Jubril are you well at all? You make some sense and then, allow ethnic bigotry to spoil it all. Aisha for what post nau? Senator like Remi Tinubu and Raji Rasaki’s wife? As if we do not already have enough crappy incompetent people in positions of leadeship – Kemi Adeosun, Dino Melaye, Andy Uba and all those old men that go to the upper house to sleep. Nobody should just annoy me this morning. Silly rabbit.

He was making sense until he started playing the tribal card. Why must a new VP be from the north?

If Buhari insists on dying in office then Nigerians should let him. Only God decides when where and how a man will die. Is Abdulmumin Jibrin mad? What qualifies Aisha for any cabinet position? The funds that woman has diverted from health ministry to herself and her self congratulatory Future Assured pet project scam are responsible for the federal government’s inability to render basic health services, resulting in the fatal epidemics Nigerians are suffering all over the country. Meningitis. Measles. Cholera. Polio. Tuberculosis. Lassa Fever. Mumps. Rubella. Thousands of people have died. Nigeria has never had it so bad. Failed government. Nigerians will be overjoyed to give Buhari a state burial when he dies and wave goodbye to backward thinking backward acting retrogressive leadership. Good riddance to rotten rubbish.

Just when you think you have heard it all. In his mind now, he is making sense- whoever this fool is. So essentially Nigerian belongs to the Northerners, it is your forefathers’ personal property and irrespective of who else is qualified to lead in Nigeria, no, we must hand it to you lot. To “assuage fears” as you put it. Mgbo piafukwa gi isi dia.
