Under 40 CEOs returns, this time with an episode on the paper industry, and the under-40 CEO of one of the top paper companies in Nigeria.

Onward Stationery Stores was founded in 1953 by Chief M. Obagun. He started began buying and selling paper just after leaving school.

First, he bought locally, then grew to begin getting wholesale imports.

In 1973, he launched Onward Paper Mill, makers of the legendary exercise books Onward Notebook.

Today, Femi Obagun, his son, is now the majority shareholder and Managing Director of the firm.

In this episode, Femi talks sustainability, keeping customers happy, and survival tactics.
