Toke definitely has “Athazagoraphobia” i.e. the fear of being forgotten or ignored. You don’t need a psychologist to diagnose this!

      April 26, 2018 at 11:51 am

@ Masalla equivalent of kim kadashian syndrome

Toke thanks for sharing, I am about to undergo a fibroid surgery so the information has been helpful. I pray for your quick recovery

    • Cyn

      April 26, 2018 at 3:57 am

She did not share any information, what video did you get the helpful information? If you watch the video, it doesn’t even sound like she has Fibroid at all since she couldn’t even name the procedure she went through. This woman needs major help.

    • Lilo

      April 26, 2018 at 2:21 am

When is she going to battle transgender identity issue? Cos it looks like right now her mission is to battle every struggle in life so she can say she’s seen and loved it all. To date, she seems to have battled
      1. Being cheated on -Infidelity
      2. Being inferior – Self hate
      3. Being envied by Jealous friends
      4. Being broke
      5. Being rich
      6. Being depressed
      7. Being left at the altar
      8. Being std positive
      9. Being bounced at a restaurant
      10. Being orphaned
      11. Being insecure
      12. Being on recovery from fibroid

    • jide

      April 26, 2018 at 1:36 pm

Come to think of it – she hasn’t battled someone trying to use her for money ritual o? Or being deported.

    • Ify

      April 26, 2018 at 4:46 pm

      Dear Lilo,

I hope that some day, you realize that all that you listed above can find its way to you.
Life can hit from any angle.
That you haven’t suffered any of them is not by your might.
Its just pure Grace. Enjoy it.

  7. Joke

    April 26, 2018 at 2:41 am

Toke for some reason I don’t believe you o. I know you are attention seeker soIs it that you just need a topic to speak on? You also kinda look too good for someone who just underwent surgery and then you didn’t even go into detail of what kind of surgery it was. I have fibroids too and haven’t had surgery yet, but I can speak much more on the topic that what you shared just based of my research…

    • Okay Okris

      April 26, 2018 at 3:51 am

You’re right. She’s a LIAR, just looking for a topic to speak on

    • Skree

      April 26, 2018 at 11:15 am

Actually, I saw her at South Shore Women’s Clinic in VI some time in Feb, I had gone to visit my friend who had also undergone a Myomectomy. She had just been driven in so it is possible she had to take out fibroids…they are a lot more common than you may think. Her need to share is another thing but it would be inaccurate and insensitive to say she didn’t have the procedure.

  8. Letty

    April 26, 2018 at 3:46 am

It must be tedious trying to come up with ideas to stay relevant and be noticed if perchance you perceive the spotlight is no longer on you. When will all this end with this lady when? It’s obvious she has a deep seated void in her life that really can’t be filled only by Jesus. No amount of craving for attention will suffice for Toke and it is indeed very sad to watch.

    • Mimimi

      April 26, 2018 at 5:44 am

Why did you watch her then

    • The K

      April 26, 2018 at 10:39 am

Any comment from you about Toke won’t be complete without you using the words “deep seated”. If e no be Letty, e no fit be like Letty.

    • Diana

      April 26, 2018 at 1:04 pm

Thank you Mimi! This Letty always reeks of self-righteous entitlement. If she isn’t forming Mother Theresa, she’s looking down her long nose on all of us mere mortals. I hope she’s a monk in real life!

  9. femi

    April 26, 2018 at 6:15 am

Now, I’m forced to write this, Having read some of the comments, I want to quickly first say. am nowhere close being Toke’s fan. Am not a fan of anything kinda guy. That being said pls, STOP hating, either Toke or anyone u don’t really fancy their lifestyle or personality. Those you technically jealous of. Bitter life block one path in life… Won’t say more than that.

  10. Babym

    April 26, 2018 at 7:02 am

Jesus Christ! As in this is actually getting ridiculous! Why are some of you (mostly women) so terrible???? Toke is talking about a surgery she had and most of the comments so far are just spitting total garbage and vitriol??? Like how is this even possible??? What could have happened in your lives to fill you with such bitterness??? It’s totally insane at this point. I actually read the comments first then watched the video and I’m like Jesus!! What did Toke say wrong to deserve such wicked comments??? Honestly! You really need to search your hearts and your lives, you can NEVER be truly a happy person and have time to have so much bitterness in your heart over another person. It is simply impossible! Somebody even mentioned they don’t believe her because she looks too good after surgery ?! I’m out of here mehn the toxicity can kill.

Toke I wish you full recovery and happiness

    • Ify

      April 26, 2018 at 4:33 pm

My dear, I have asked this question severally. Why do most women HATE this girl SOOOO much??

Why?????? Jesus fix this! Please Obinigwe fix this Hatred for good!
      Chineke nna!

  11. Gezani

    April 26, 2018 at 7:37 am

Reading comments and I I am shocked……………….. who would seek attention by having fibroid ? some of you are miserable and it shows with your comments. How must one look like after fibroid? your ignorance and bitterness is shameful

    • shior

      April 26, 2018 at 10:19 am

same here? people saying its a lie like wt f. were you guys there to confirm she didn’t have surgery? how is this seeking attention? i am not a fan of her but y’all hating and spitting bile are just filthy.

  12. Chichi

    April 26, 2018 at 7:48 am

It is becoming ridiculous clearly people’s lives are worse than ever that forces them to write out nasty things on this woman as someone said, bitterness everywhere. If you’re not convinced about the video just waka pass.
And yes many people have fibroids, me being one of them and at times it can cause me the greatest discomfort and pain but Its apparently very small and far from needing surgery so I guess if you have to have it then it’s a bigger deal. How does one judge on another persons experience and say that can’t be right? Like seriously. But anyway we’ve all just contributed to the popularity of this woman so clap for yourself.

  13. Adetutu

    April 26, 2018 at 7:59 am

I wish you all the best, Toke.

  14. Miami

    April 26, 2018 at 8:16 am

Actually, some of you are truly very bitter. I don’t see what she has said to deserve the comments you are hurling at her. This is quite sad.

  15. Tristan

    April 26, 2018 at 9:37 am

    Stop it @Babym, @Gezani, @chichi.

Sorry to say, but I find it rude and unfair that you do not think other people have a right to air their opinions.

Unfortunately, Toke brought this upon herself as she made herself the victim. I am a doctor here in Manchester, and i can assure you that even people who come almost every week complaining about one issue or the other end up not being taken seriously, because you just get a feeling, they are living an empty life and because of this become Psychosomatic .

Toke has this tendency, constantly out being the victim of something, and people are daily losing respect for her and will automatically lose her respect. It’s human nature.

Ofcourse, maybe right now she is suffering or just suffered from Fibroid, which is no joke, I do really feel for her, but I would advice she sees a Psychotherapist. Her mental state needs to be checked and she is exudes Bipolar character. Today, she is happy and showing off all she acquired from her lifestyle, the next she is a victim of something and seeking pity.

    Good luck

    • ceetoo

      April 26, 2018 at 10:00 am

So let us assume indeed according to your assessment she has a questionable mental state… you reckon it is ok for people to put her down even at that state? come on guys… if there is anything she needs based on (this Doc from Manchester’s diagnosis ) it is empathy and not further ridicule or insult…

Please be kind to people online or offline, not everyone has it all together like you do…
You can disagree without being disagreeable.

    • Babym

      April 26, 2018 at 10:34 am

Thank you @Ceetoo May God bless you abundantly because for a second I was too weak to figure out what Tristan was asking me to stop.

@Tristan can you please listen to yourself? You find it rude and unfair that we wouldn’t stand for this stupid and senseless bullying and ridiculous bashing of another human being??? Abeg bye bye

    • Simsi

      April 26, 2018 at 2:57 pm

I’m so mad reading your comment right now. I think you’re the one who has a mental disease. This comment –> ”Today, she is happy and showing off all she acquired from her lifestyle, the next she is a victim of something and seeking pity”. is very sad and unfair. You all forget that this is social media and its just a fraction of our lives. Its not by force to follow her or keep up. Mental health is a serious issue, so please stop saying it. I really feel for her sometimes. This is a woman living her own life on her own terms. She doesn’t even know you guys and all you do is judge and judge. If she shows she’s happy, you’ll say she’s being fake and her money is not legit. If she’s being vulnerable, then she’s seeking pity. Like did she ask for your pity in this video. I’m just really mad. Please stop putting people down. It’s not nice. And before you say this is Toke commenting, no its not her. I’m just someone who is tired of people constantly bullying and judging others.

    • Sere

      April 26, 2018 at 7:07 pm

      Oga or madam doctor,

I’m typically a polite person but today I call bs.

You ride in on your ‘doctor’ high horse and suggest that someone you haven’t even evaluated may have ‘bipolar character’. Since when did doctors start throwing differentials and recommending treatment based on what people choose to share on social media?

P.s I’m not a fan of Toke, but wearing your ‘doctor’ tag and implying that she has a mental disorder is just wrong and also rude.

By the way, i’m a doctor too so no, i’m not jealous of your MBBS.

    • Ngozi

      April 27, 2018 at 3:39 pm

Your comment is upsetting because to many like me, you will appear to be a professional with balanced views. You feel she has mental issues. Are you willing to offer her therapy? Does being a doctor in Manchester who has seen countless Psychosomatic patients in any way mean that people have the right to spew venom online?

Please let’s be sensible when commenting online people. You never know the effect of the comments you make online on the person reading them or even on you in the near future.

      Have an amazing weekend.

    April 26, 2018 at 9:59 am

It is funny how people think she made this up. Anyways, am not here for that. Mama Toke, God bless you and give you strength like never before. xoxo

    April 26, 2018 at 10:18 am

I am reading comments and shaking my head. Na women make these comments.

Just so you all know, God will judge you also by the kind of comments you make about people. #JustSaying

  18. Gezani

    April 26, 2018 at 11:01 am

If she wants to talk let her talk……………… if she wanna share each detail of her life so be it…………. who is stopping you? you complain we are not allowing you to have an opinion about her but you are doing the same by not allowing her be and do and say what makes her happy……………. is that not having double standards? If you dont like her why read anything about her? pass when you see anything about her……………….. Simple as ABC

  19. critique

    April 26, 2018 at 12:48 pm

    1. this is how toke makes a living. she has to vlog in order to get a check from youtube. i haven’t watched many of her vlogs, but in this one, she seems to be struggling for content. highest – it’s just boring
    2. it’s the nature of vlogging. if you put yourself out there, you do so at the risk of being loved and critisized. if you aren’t ready for both outcomes, don’t blog. but either way, don’t tell people not to comment. it’s the nature of the internet, and insulting anonymous commenters/assuming they are miserable isn’t going to change that.
    3. i have not known fibroid surgery to require more than 2 weeks of bedrest. fibroids are extremely common, especially in african women, so it’s not a big deal
    4. any good doctor will give you all the tips you need on post-op recovery. it would have been more interesting and genuine if she talked about her suffering with fibroid and fears about surgery

    • Chinwe

      April 26, 2018 at 1:08 pm

I believe recovery is on a case by case basis, my surgeon advised I would need 6 weeks post op.

    • Ify

      April 26, 2018 at 4:41 pm

      Dear Critique,

I had fibroid surgery and for 6 weeks I was under INTENSE PAIN!!!!! The pain was so bad I was getting addicted to Tramadol! Every case is different.

Funny thing is my sisters pain post surgery didn’t last more than a week!

A friend of mine had hers and was in pain for over 2months!

    • Aare Farmland

      April 26, 2018 at 8:26 pm

My problem is whether she went to college in England. Apart from that, I hope she takes care of herself and discover some inner peace

    • Olope

      April 29, 2018 at 8:40 pm

Continue to bask in your ignorance, lil missy. And to the Dr from Manchester: clap for yourself. You must think that onr thing you managed to achieve, even assuming you are not delusional, makes uo for the stupidity apparent in the post you made. So bullying Toke is okay and fair, but calling you lots to order isn’t. You need help, and I pity your patients. The medical community will do better without your ilk.

    April 26, 2018 at 1:03 pm

anytime you guys see the headline toke you …rush to click ….take time to watch ….then curse her out other words you are fans ….lol….

  21. NativSpices

    April 26, 2018 at 1:25 pm

The BN headline is kinda misleading – the video was about getting back on your feet post surgery and not necessarily about fibroids, chill people 🙂

  22. The Girl who flies planes

    April 26, 2018 at 2:05 pm

Fibroid best doctor for laparoscopic surgery no matter the size is Dr. Nikita Trehan of IMH DUBAI.
Please contact her. I am from Naija & my fibroids were removed by her.

    • FLeur

      April 27, 2018 at 3:52 am

laparascopic surgery is NOT FOR EVERY FIBROID CASE and surgery is not the only option for treating fibroids.

  23. Moneymust be made

    April 26, 2018 at 3:25 pm

Toke churns out true of false gist for traffick which translates to money. Bella naija sdk and Linda also need traffick for money. They will never leave this babes gist alone. Last last money must be made.

  24. Baybie

    April 26, 2018 at 5:01 pm

Health issues are no joke, it doesn’t matter whether you like Toke or not, this can happen to absolutely anyone. I wish her the very best with her recovery, most people rely on material things for happiness but at the end of the day, health is wealth.
    Get well soon Toke dear

  25. Letty

    April 26, 2018 at 9:00 pm

Some of you really quite frankly look forward to seeing what letty has to say because you know it’s always profound. Once again I repeat Toke has DEEP SEATED issues that need to be closely monitored. Most women of childbearing age in Nigeria have fibroids and other ailments and they don’t make it a big deal. Some don’t even know they do. Toke uses everything as a crutch to solicit attention and sympathy. Being psychophantic towards her is not the solution. She needs honest and wise counsel.

    • Beebee

      April 27, 2018 at 3:11 pm

Aunty Letty,do you have any beef or problem with Toke? If yes, meet her and discuss it than coming here to say all sorts about her. We women are our own worst enemy.

  26. A/N

    April 26, 2018 at 9:16 pm

Toke God bless you! I hope you get well soon. All the best 🙂

  27. Ebele

Gosh people are so insensitive…with the comments I’m seeing, I now see why things are still the same

  28. Olope
