Here’s your Chance to Pitch for a Business Grant at The Fidelity Bank SME Funding Connect Series | August 7th

In line with its unwavering commitment towards promoting economic growth and development in Nigeria by providing tailor-made financial and value-added non-financial services to address the diverse, complex and evolving needs of MSMEs in the country, Fidelity Bank Plc, in collaboration with top fund providers within and outside Nigeria, is set to hold the first Fidelity SME Funding Connect series

Date: August 7th, 2019
Venue: Landmark Event Center, Plot 2 & 3 Water Corporation Drive, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Fidelity SME Funding Connect train will also make stops in key policy and commercial hubs across the country such as Port Harcourt later this year and Kano in early 2020.

The Fidelity SME Funding Connect, Lagos, like the other planned upcountry editions, will be a one-day event focused on funding for MSMEs, targeted primarily at local businesses who operate in key industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, education, technology, entertainment and lifestyle.

The event will be an exhibition and conference-styled platform that will feature sector-targeted plenary sessions with panelists drawn from a retinue of model entrepreneurs, subject matter experts and fund providers.

The highlight of the event will be a pitch-styled grants competition where about 4 Million Naira in grants will be made available to carefully selected high-growth MSMEs that are using innovative solutions to address everyday challenges. The event is primarily targeted at micro, small and medium-size business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. However, attendance is open to the general public.

Applications can be submitted via the Fidelity SME Funding Connect website  or through the Fidelity SME Funding Connect app, which can be downloaded on the Google Play Store for Android Devices and the App Store for IOS devices.

Deadline for registering for the grants competition is July 29th, 2019.
