Road Block is a music and comedy concert created to showcase and encourage entertainment in Enugu state for its indigenes and residents. Road block was designed with the yuletide associative peculiarities of the average Igbo man in mind; the program holds every year end to allow citizens at home and abroad to come together and celebrate a usually successful year. Hitherto the focus of road block I and II has been comedy and music and dance
Road block has hosted the crème de la crème of the Nigerian entertainment scene. This includes the exhilarating Mohits crew, Duncan Mighty, Flavor, Bracket, slow dogg, stormrex, P-Square, wizkid, Timaya, Ice Prince, Tiwa Savage, X_Fellaz, IHS, Two can talk, Shedrach and Meshach etc. The Event was taken to a feverish pitch on the 22nd of Dec 2011 Road block II “Coal City unseen” due to an energetic injection of fun and insightful planning by the exceptional team of Brain Dreams limited.
As always Road Block would be a No-Event without the committed and drive of the Enugu state government through the ministry of culture and tourism. Our most sincere appreciation goes to His Excellency, the Executive Governeor of Enugu state, Sullivan I Chime who is always passionate about anything that will positively impact the lives of the citizens.

really? tell me which city have the so called class more than enugu ? enugu is where all the ajebos live ,you think say na lagos wey agbero full everywhere. the average enugu brought up is treated like an ajebo in lagos.
if they dont have class why are model agencies in lagos and abuja importing models from enugu and owerri ? why do women from there keep wining beauty competitions and why are most elite from politicians to entertainers enugu brought up? your obviously ignorant or boxed in your whatever city you represent.

my exact thought too, i was almost cursing the show as really dry with those first pics, with everyone seated and looking too serious like it was a physic class arrrrg! such joy killing set of crappy VIP people
I’m sure the night was a blast! The line up speaks for itself. The audience looked really bored at first so I’m guessing it was a sloow start or maybe they were just preserving their energy for the main show, you know, pacing themselves, I do that sometimes, don’t wanna get worn out before the real show begins, especially if your wearing heels, lol.
