D.E.A.T Lagos is a diffusion line from the creative director of Nigerian label, Ejiro Amos Tafiri, who recently teamed up with her best friend, Diana Ubah to create a full ready-to-wear collection that encapsulates financial savvy meets style conscious.
According to a rep, as a result of Ejiro Amos Tafiri’s tremendous contributions to the ideology of the modern woman’s taste in fashion and her sense of style as well as an ever increasing list of younger fashion lovers, the label introduces its diffusion line to satisfy the style needs of younger fashion enthusiasts who are looking to fill their wardrobes with fresh and urban cuts for the next fashion season – Spring/Summer 2013.
The collection consists of shorter hemlines, fun spaceship inspired prints, delicate yet playful lace and a juxtaposition of blue shades teamed together to create a chic yet urban ensemble that is street style worthy. From the choice of fabrics and colours, the D.E.A.T Lagos brand according to a source, is a collection built around the versatility of personalities that is a charming mix of softness with a blend of an edge.

Lovely pieces I can see my self wear all the dresses but not on brogues as the models did but these ar simple and lovely pieces………..
Hello diana, hw can I get some of these am soooo interested but I live in minna?I await your response asap.
its not ART! for goodness sake, call a spade a spade without exaggeration… its high street fashion… the navy blue dress with stars, is available in a blouse in Tesco!
I love your comment…I cannot over emphasize the fact that things are over priced in Nigeria. Target the middle class and your business shall grow enormously…15K for what now? How much is a Zara nice peplum top? $79…
My dears, it would be unfair to compare Zara’s cost of production to DEAT’s. Zara most likely use run sweat shops or produce in china (way cheaper). Here, we’re dealing with scarcity of fuel, no electricity, transportation nightmare amongst other things. So abeg, do the math! And besides, they said below 15k…. which means, you’ll most likely get clothes ranging from 2k to 15k…anyone wey your pocket reach.
@versence,darling its a diffusion line of ready to wear pieces u can just slip on! you can check out jason wu for target or versace for h n m,simple basic pieces@pocket friendly rates!
Hello Stephanie, email us at deatlagos@gmail.com or deat@ejiroamostafiri.com.
Thank you
Anonymous, abeg fiile!! $79 is about 12k. someone says the stuff are below 15k. whats de diff?? Or bcos de name is Zara?? question should be, is it quality Fabric? check! Good sewing cum finishing? Check! Great wearable design? The effing time Check!
Go DEAT. if u no want am, go and buy your Zara school uniform and wear!Cikena! Umu Africa…smh
Fantastic fashions and fantastic photography that totally resonate. Nigerian fashion magazines, please note. This is how to do a fashion shoot. No weird poses, crazy art clothes and crazy makeup. It’s not in “awa culshure”.
luvly colours
Wow, beautiful colours, fun, simple and wearable. Weldone.
i absolutely love the collection, very brilliant, love the colours
I love! love! love! these designs. I literally feel like snatching them off those models and put them on! Very chic and classy…..Simply gorgeous!

im totally impressed. well done to the designers. you got the best naija models ive seen in ages.
@haterz, where’s your own collection? Instead of you to think of how u can make names for yourselves, u are here attempting to discourage brilliant talents. mscheewww
This is really a diffusion line…loving it a lot. I like the models and the photography, very detailed and yet fun. Great Job DEAT, looks like you guys know what you’re doing!
for guaranteed exclusivity – source ur fabric, create ur designs and get a good tailor. better still buy a machine / learn how to sew. everybody shouldnt look like clones.
I love the all
